Welcome to the Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar serves the academic community by enforcing all academic policies, maintaining the permanent and official records of Pacific Lutheran University's students, and recording of grades and evaluations. The office also manages the graduation process for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as commencement ceremonies.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact us by e-mail at registrar@plu.edu, by phone at 253.535.7131, or visit the office. We are located in Hauge Administration Building, Room 102. Students need to check in with the Student Services Center for access to the Office of the Registrar. Student Services is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
