PLU purposefully integrates professional studies with the liberal arts for a comprehensive education to successfully prepare students for “lives of thoughtful inquiry, service, leadership and care.”

It’s time for you to apply! Our application is always free, and you’ll have an admission decision and will know if you’ll get an academic scholarship within about a month.

Information and Technology Services, the Business and Payroll offices, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Risk Services are all housed within Administrative Services.

PLU offers 19 varsity sports that compete in NCAA Division III as a member of the Northwest Conference, and brings a strong tradition of success both in athletics and academics.

Alumni & Student Connections supports each Lute in creating their own career vision and then connects them to opportunities, resources and people that will help make their visions a reality.

Student Life

Life as a Lute is about more than just going to class. PLU students are active and involved – in the residence halls, on athletic fields and in the stands for sports, on the stage and in the audience for performing arts, and in scores of campus clubs.

At PLU, we realize most students don’t attend college alone. Many parents want to know how a university will help their son or daughter grow academically, personally and professionally.

In order to keep tuition at a level that enables the university to serve the broadest possible range of students, PLU relies on the generous support of alumni, friends, corporations and foundations.
