Welcome to the Rainier Writing Workshop. Before you start the program, there are some very important items that you must take care of:

Pay your non-refundable enrollment deposit online (your PLU ID is at the top of your admission letter).

Create your PLU e-pass (Currently a Lute? You can skip this step.)

Save the dates for the upcoming summer 2017 residency:

  • Thursday, July 27 – Arrive on campus for new student orientation activities
  • Friday, July 28 to Monday, August 7 – Rainier Writing Workshop

Submit your Medical History Record and Proof of Immunizations to the Health Center. A copy of this form was included in you admission packet, or you can clink this link to print out a new health form. This is mandatory. (Currently a Lute? You can skip this step.)

Apply for financial aid (if applicable). PLU’s institution code is: 003785. The link to fill out the FAFSA is: https://fafsa.ed.gov/

There are several mandatory steps on the Student Financial Services website, concerning financial aid and more. There are directions for:

  • Applying for and accepting financial aid
  • Submitting the mandatory Payment Option Contract form
  • Using the Student Financial Services online portal
