On September 12, 2019, the 2019-20 Cohort of the American Business Culture Program took a tour of downtown Tacoma, visiting the Farmer’s Market, taking the bus and light rail for the first time, and learning a little about the city. They were then split into three teams and given a list of 8 categories, with the directions to take 1 photo for each category. The team with the most fun and creative photos would win a rice maker.
A group of PLU staff, ABC Program instructors, and student workers voted on the photos.
The winner is……
Team Rina and Justin!
Voters selected Rina and Justin’s pictures as the best photos in 5 of the 8 categories, as well as Best Overall Photo Set. See the rest of the pictures from the downtown Tacoma trip, as well as the rest of Orientation and the previous cohort on the Photo Galleries page!
