Linda Frank Talk

Human Rights activist, Linda Frank, visited the war-torn Gaza Strip in the Spring of 2009 for International Women's Day. During her stay, she visited different groups including womens' and human rights groups. She also spoke with a female member of parliament for the Hamas government. Join us to hear Linda share her stories and experience with the PLU community!

Holiday Tea: It's Time to Celebrate!

Come join us for tea, treats and a chance to celebrate! We will be celebrating a wonderful semester at the Women's Center by talking with participants and photographers from the Love Your Body Photo Campaign.
Also, we will premier and sell the 2010 Love Your Body Calendar, featuring our very own Lutes!

"Twilight" Discussion and Movie Showing

Come join faculty and staff of the Women's Center along with Women and Gender Studies who will be leading a guided discussion on the "Twilight" Saga: feminist analysis, criticism and adoration.

Pizza will be served and our chocolate fountain will be running for dessert! Then stay to watch "Twilight" the movie! Bring your friends, pillows and blankets and we'll have a fun, relaxing movie night!
