Skones Era Choir of the West Reunion
This summer, over 120 Choir of the West alumni gathered on the PLU campus – the farthest globetrotter came from Japan – to perform a benefit concert in honor of Maurice Skones, who was the Choir of the West director at PLU from 1963 to 1984. In all, he taught 54 years at PLU.
