End of Semester Same-Day Appointments
May 13 – 23
(Monday through Thursday only)
PLU Counseling Services is pleased to offer Same-Day Appointments the last two weeks of Spring Semester. Same-Day appointments give you the flexibility to speak with a counselor at a time/day that works best for you.
This service is available for enrolled students seeking a brief consultation (not ongoing counseling sessions or travel consultations) with a professional counselor regarding any issue or concern. These brief sessions can help students get a “sample” of how counseling works and if it’s right for them, or to get a referral to local resources.
Call our main line at 253-535-7206 to schedule a time (appointments available 9am to noon and 1:00pm-3:00pm). We’ll need some basic info to get you scheduled.
How it Works
Swing by AUC 300 or call 253-535-7206 to schedule a Same-Day Appointment. (Note: The front desk is closed noon-1:oopm daily for lunch.)
- Appointments are generally 30-minute meetings, and available* from 9:00am to noon, and 1:00pm-3:00pm.
- Afternoon spots fill quickly. It is best to contact us early in the day (before 1:30pm preferred) for better availability.
*Availability of appointments changes daily due to counselor staffing and work schedules. Students may be asked to contact TimelyCare or the PLU Crisis Line (253-535-7075) when availability is limited.
Note: PLU Counseling Services will be closed mid-day on May 16 for a staff meeting.
