If you need urgent medical services after regular business hours, please use TimelyCare virtual services (select “Medical Now”), contact the MultiCare Consulting Nurse Line, or visit a local urgent care clinic.  The MultiCare Good Samaritan Parkland Emergency Department is also located near the PLU campus in the event of an emergency.  View below for more info.

TimelyCare (formerly Lute Telehealth) is a 24/7/365 free medical care resource for currently enrolled PLU students, using HIPAA compliant, on-demand virtual and phone-based services.

• Log in with your PLU credentials, then select “Medical Now” to connect with a medical provider within minutes.
• This services is unlimited and available for video or phone chat.

Call the PLU Crisis Line at 253-535-7075 to speak with a mental health professional within moments.  This line is available 24/7/365 (evenings, weekends, holidays) and you need not be in crisis to utilize it.
