PLU Driver's Certification

In order to operate a PLU owned vehicle (including golf carts or electric vehicles) drivers are required to complete the PLU driver’s certification test. This certification is also required to drive a vehicle that has been rented via PLU with a rental company.

The test is located on-line at this location.

Drivers must successfully pass the test and have two years of licensed driving experience in the United States to obtain certification.

Driver’s certification is valid for two years. Retesting is required to be re-certified. Campus Safety will not send notices to users upon expiration. It is the responsibility of the driver to maintain a valid certification.

Please allow two business days after completion of the test to process the certification.
