Biography
Kyra joins us from Seattle University’s person-centered M.A. program in clinical psychology. Before moving to Seattle, she earned her B.S. in psychology and worked at the inpatient level with adolescents and young adults. Believing in the power of an eclectic approach to meet every individual’s unique needs, Kyra utilizes many different therapeutic approaches including humanistic, existential, cognitive behavioral, and family systems. Understanding therapy as a deeply accepting, collaborative, and empowering process, Kyra believes that the therapeutic space can help anyone find their footing forward.
