Land Acknowledgement

PLU is on the traditional lands of the Nisqually, Puyallup, Squaxin Island and Steilacoom peoples; we acknowledge and respect the traditional caretakers of this land.

This is the land acknowledgement you find scattered around the PLU website. The staff here at the Scandinavian Cultural Center think it is doubly important that we acknowledge this.
