Impact Product/Service Requests

Impact offers a variety of advertising formats to make your event successful. From poster designs to promotional videos, the possibilities are practically limitless.  Take some time to consider which options would be the best fit for you!

Let’s get started!

Need a poster but don’t have time to make one yourself? No problem!  Impact designers can bring your ideas to life and you’ll be one step closer to a successful event.  Choose from 8.5×11″ or 11×17″ paper in horizontal or vertical formats.

NOTE: Impact requires 2 weeks minimum between the request submission date and the proof date.  Requests that do not meet this requirement will be charged a $20 late fee. Impact reserves the right to decline a project should it not meet this requirement.

Impact manages two (2) tv monitors on campus, located on the first and second floors of the Anderson University Center (AUC).  These monitors have virtually no limit to how many ads can roll—that means even when the boards are full, your ad will still be seen by everyone who passes through!

Digital display ads run all day, every day, and can be in either a video/animated or static format.
For the best look we recommend a horizontal orientation formatted to 1920×1080 pixels and saved as a .jpg.

Need a fresh, new logo or a t-shirt design for your project?  Impact is happy to help!  Impact designers will bring your brand to life and even help order your designs through our recommended printers.

NOTE:  Impact does NOT possess the ability to print stickers or t-shirts in-house.  This must be done through an off-campus printer.

Have something in mind but don’t see it listed here?  No problem–simply select the “other” option on the forms and under the comments/notes section indicate what product(s) you are hoping to get.

In the past Impact has designed postcards, brochures and stamp cards.  The more information and examples you can give to help us create your vision the better!

These services sound all well and good, but perhaps you want to see some of our past works before deciding.  Just follow the link below and you can peruse Impact’s portfolio pieces to get an idea for quality and style.

Impacts maintains 29 boards across campus, the perfect opportunity to get your event advertised in all administration buildings and residence halls!

Impact can print 8.5×11″ or 11×17″, full color or black and white, on regular or cardstock paper.   Just like clients who order designs through us, Quick Copy clients get priority distribution to our boards.

Want a UC Table Top ad, but need a design? Request a table top ad design through our Creative Request! We will design, print, cut and deliver your ad to Dining Services for you.  Already have a design?  Upload it to your form and we’ll print, cut and deliver that too!

NOTE: You must reserve a space on Dining’s calendar before submitting a table top design request.

Impact can print anything that fits on an 8.5×11″ or 11×17″ sheet of paper.  In the past we have printed brochures, stamp cards, programs and book marks.  Inquire either through our forms or send an email directly to Impact:

Capture the moment with Impact photographers!  Whether it’s profile photos for your website, senior graduation announcements, photo booths or full event coverage, Impact is ready to capture those smiles.  Looking for a specific style?  Make a note in the forms and we’ll try and make it happen!

NOTE: Please allow at least a week for editing after the event to ensure quality.  Two weeks notice is required before the event.  Any projects that do not meet this time frame will be charged a $20 late fee, and Impact reserves the right to refuse a project on this basis.

Impact monitors aren’t just about the static ads, but the video ones as well!  Impact’s team of videographers produces promo videos and other short-format projects that grab the audience’s attention in a way posters cannot.  Think of the possibilities!

NOTE: A minimum time of one (1) month between the submission and proof dates must be given.  Anything less will result in a late fee, the possibility of missed deadlines and/or no available videographers.
