General Design Information

Event title, date, time, location, contact information. If you are submitting your own design, just type N/A.
ex. Vibrant colors, bold title, classy, vintage, thought-provoking
If you'd like a specific Impact Designer, please indicate here. We cannot guarantee they will be able to accept the project. If you have no preference, leave blank and we will open the project up to all designers.

Poster Design

Timeline: 2 weeks for design, 2 weeks on the boards = 4 weeks before event
Posters on the Impact Boards run for a maximum of 2 weeks. Impact asks their clients to give a minimum of 2 weeks for design projects so that our designers can create quality work. Design requests under the 2 week window will be charged a rush fee of $20. We ask our clients to submit their poster design request 4 weeks in advance of the event so that there is a 2 week design time and 2 week run time.

Digital Display Ad

Timeline: 1-3 days after you submit your request

Advertisement space is available on 2 televisions in the University Center - one located outside of the ASPLU office and the other across from Old Main Market. Customers can purchase advertising space with a daily or weekly running charge.

If you have already designed your ad, please be sure to upload it below in JPEG format and sized to 1200x800 pixels.

Weekly Flyer Ad 

Please note that this form is ONLY for Weekly Flyer ads that are part of a larger Impact-designed campaign. If you already designed an ad or would like a single ad, please see the separate Weekly Flyer Request here.  

All Weekly Flyer Ads run B&W.
Weekly Flyers are now distributed with the intention of being left on campus for 1 full week. So, you get 7 days of advertising, not just 5 days.

This request must be received by 4pm the Friday before the Monday it is distributed.

Table Top Ad

Availability of tabletop ad space is determined by Dining and Culinary Services. We can help reserve a space for you, but we will not process your order if space is full. Thanks for understanding! To reserve a space, visit here.

Timeline: We need your request the Tuesday before your run-week in order to deliver to Dining by that Thursday.
You MUST have a reservation with Dining Services for ad space. Up to three organizations may have table top ads in the UC Commons at the same time, so be sure to apply early. Impact works as a partner with Dining Services in printing and designing, we do not manage advertising space. Read more and apply here.

Most often, Dining Services reserves ad space on a weekly basis. Please list the week(s) you have reserved. Ads need to be received by the Dining Services office the Thursday before the week the ad runs.
These prices include design work, printing, cutting & delivery.

Logo Design (t-shirts, stickers, etc.)

Timeline: Logos (and designs for t-shirts, stickers, etc.) take significant time to conceptualize, brainstorm and design. For products that need to be ordered from outside vendors, please plan at least 2 weeks for processing and shipping.
