Educational Leadership
PLU offers two programs for educational leaders to deepen their knowledge and sharpen their skills in school administration. These include Principal-Program Administrator certification (with or without a masters degree) and the Administrator Professional Certification programs.
Principal & Program Administrator Certification Program
The Principal and Program Administrator Certification Program is a 16-24 month comprehensive, best-practice, research-supported program designed to build and enhance leadership skills for those candidates who work in urban, rural, and suburban school systems.
Professional Certification for Administrators
The Administrator Professional Certification program serves those holders of principal residency certificates serving as principal and assistant principals, as well as holders of program administrator residency certificates serving as curriculum directors and in similar positions.
