Vehicle Rentals
PLU community members may rent vehicles for PLU authorized business purposes only. There are two options for renting vehicles.
Option #1 – PLU has 3 vans. Two 12 passenger vans and one 6 passenger with ADA wheelchair accessibility.
Option # 2 – Enterprise Rental – Private rental agency with a contract with PLU. Drivers for Enterprise Rental vehicles must be 21 years of age. You also must have an account with Enterprise setup. They have a variety of vehicles available. Effective January 2017, the account can now be setup online.
Driver Authorization
It is the responsibility of the individual submitting the rental request to ensure that all drivers are current on their PLU Driver Authorization.

Gas Purchases
It is the responsibility of the renter to refuel the vehicles. Both PLU and Enterprise Rental vehicles should be returned full of fuel to avoid additional charges. Users may purchase fuel with a PLU Corporate Credit Card provided by their university department or by using a personal credit/debit card. Reimbursements for gas purchases on a personal card can be done via the Business Office and require an itemized receipt.
The Facilities Management gas pump cannot be used for refueling of PLU vans or Enterprise Rental vehicles.
Vehicle Rental Rates
PLU Van – $40.00 per day.
