Student success is at the heart of all we do at PLU. This spring we challenge you to show us which area of student success matters most to you by making a gift to: student scholarships, wellbeing and recreation, classrooms and teaching spaces, or student learning and faculty development.
The success area with the most donors by May 31 will receive an additional $100,000 from the Board of Regents.

Student Success Challenge
The student success area with the most donors by May 31 will receive an additional $100,000 from the Board of Regents.
(This tracker is updated several times per week.)
Support scholarships, which make a PLU education accessible to the greatest number of students possible – including first-generation students, emergency funds for students in need, and helping reduce student debt upon graduation.
Support student wellness, recreation and athletic experiences – all of which contribute to student wellbeing, which plays a significant role in students’ abilities to thrive, discover their vocation and earn a degree.
Support our talented students and inspiring teachers with state-of-the-art equipment and spaces that encourage learning, innovative thinking and idea sharing to position students for success.
Support student learning within and beyond the conventional classroom, and bolster faculty development, fostering innovative teaching techniques and providing opportunities for students to gain real-world experience.
All new donations tied to the Student Success Challenge that are made or postmarked by May 31, 2018, will be counted toward the donor total. If you would like your donation to go to a particular department or specific scholarship, you can still do so and you will be counted toward the total number of donors in the area most relevant to your donation. For each donor household, only up to one donation per success area will be counted during the challenge. Donations divided among multiple success areas will count toward the donor total for each success area.
