Did you know that recent graduates can still use the services provided by the office of Career Development? Get help crafting the perfect resume and cover letter or preparing for an interview. Career Development can also offer guidance for approaching your job search and developing your professional network.
We welcome alumni to participate in events to help further your career or job search. Follow us on Facebook so you don't miss networking events, speakers and career fairs. PLU grads and students need you!
You've been out in the work world for awhile now, you've made connections, and gained experience. You know the ropes to finding a job or internship and keeping it, while advancing up the career ladder.
Help PLU grads find their path and find their passion. Are you willing to connect with other Lutes to share career information and advice? Development of a new Lute network is in the works! There will be many options for alumni involvement. For instance you could:
- Mentor students and other alumni as they build their professional network
- Participate in a career event
- Arrange an internship for a PLU student
- Promote job openings to other Lutes through PLU’s student/alumni job board
- Meet with students for an informational interview
