We are excited for our virtual Homecoming & Family Week this year! October 6-11. We have a fantastic lineup of live events that will be happening all week such as PLU on tap, Trivia Night, Faculty Webinars, Presidential Town Hall, Broadway at the Movies, LuteZone, Lute Family Forum and more! PLU on Demand can be accessed at any time that week and will have videos featuring faculty, students, and alumni on interesting and creative subjects.

Alumni & Student Connections at Pacific Lutheran University is hosting the Career & Internship Fair on Wednesday, October 28 from 12-4 p.m. This year will be a virtual event! All students and recent graduates are invited to attend this event to explore industries and discover job and internship opportunities.

Information Sessions with the U.S. Army Audit Agency

The U.S. Army Audit Agency is hiring for student internships and entry-level Auditor positions. PLU students and alumni are invited to the virtual information session to learn about the agency, career opportunities, and how to apply. Click on the link for the meeting you want to attend up to 10 minutes before the session starts. A Q&A session will follow. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or alum who is interested in a career in accounting or finance.

Power Skills Workshop Series: LinkedIn and Networking

Join HR + Recruiting Manager Meredith Coen from JB Hunt for a presentation on LinkedIn and networking. Boosting your LinkedIn presence and enhancing your networking skills are important, especially in a virtual world. Hear directly from recruiting staff on how to be successful with these essential skills!

How to Research Employers Workshop

Tuesday, Oct 27 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.

Prepare for the Career & Internship Fair by researching the employers! In this workshop, we will navigate the list of employers, identifying ways to research them ahead of time. You’ll head into the fair prepared to rock it!

Virtual Information Session: Museum Administration, MA

Wednesday, October 28 from 2-3 p.m.

Students or alumni who are interested in masters degree in Museum Administration are encouraged to attend this virtual information session, led by Dr. Rosenberg of St. John’s University.
