Biography
Sarah-lynn graduated from PLU in 2015 with a Vocal Performance degree. During her time at PLU, she sang with the University Chorale for their 2012 tour of Texas and the Choir of the West for their tours of Montana, Idaho, Canada, and their 2015 European Tour. She also was a member of the 2013 National ACDA Choir of the West that gave the Texas premiere of Dr. Brian Galante’s ‘Exsultate’ and the world premiere of Ēriks Ešenvalds’s ‘Northern Lights.’ As a member of the Choir of the West, Sarah-lynn also premiered pieces by Robert Kyr (soloist), and JAC Redford.
Sarah-lynn returned to PLU in 2025 working for University Relations, now University Strategy & Effectiveness and serves as an office coordinator providing administrative support as well as mentoring the Student Advocacy Fellows with Director of Strategic Initiatives, MacKenzie Hines, supporting the Scandinavian Cultural Center through archival processing and supervising their student intern, and engaging with our Pierce County community by serving as the PLU financial manager for Franklin Pierce School’s Winterfest and managing PLU’s entries in the Daffodil and FIFA World Cup parades with the Puyallup Tribe.
