Requisition Dashboard

The new Banner Finance Self-Service dashboard simplifies how you request purchases and track funding. It replaces older, manual Banner forms with a direct, step-by-step process to create requisitions and monitor them until they become official Purchase Orders (POs).

How It Works:

Build your request using a guided form to input vendors, item details, and FOAP accounting codes. Monitor your request’s progress through three clear stages. Drafts hold requests you are still working on, Pending shows items currently waiting for an approver’s sign-off, and Completed lists fully approved requests where you can instantly find the final PO number. If needed you cand Correct and Resubmit If a request is denied, it doesn’t disappear. It automatically returns to your Drafts folder along with the approver’s notes, letting you quickly make corrections and send it back through the pipeline.

Once you submit your completed requisition request, please send the chosen bid and any additional quotes to Procurement@plu.edu.
