Settings for email clients like Thunderbird or Outlook.
Two options for email client settings are POP ("Post Office Protocol") and IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol"). If you are using a client such as Thunderbird, you'll need to enter the correct settings in order to connect to your email server. In general, POP settings pull email from the server onto your computer but enable you to view all of your messages only on one computer. IMAP settings enable you to view your messages from any computer and provide the most flexible options for email storage and retrieval.
