Lute Telehealth is a new resource for PLU students that expands access to mental health and medical care by providing HIPAA compliant access to on-line or phone-based services 24/7/365.
The resource provides on-demand access to licensed mental health providers and nurse practitioners and related services from the convenience and comfort of your phone or computer and at the location of your choosing (including use of private rooms in the Counseling Center). This resource also provides the opportunity to work with the same mental health counselor for up to 14 appointments over the course of the academic year. All appointments are at no cost to students and there is no limit on the number of on-demand appointments that a student may utilize. There may be costs associated with a prescription or an off campus referral to another provider, if that is necessary.
