Biography

Allison Drago is an accomplished educator with over 20 years of experience in P-12 public
schools, serving in roles ranging from teacher and school principal to central office leader. She
holds a doctorate in educational leadership (Ed.D), enhancing her deep understanding of
educational systems and school leadership. At PLU, Allison leverages her expertise to mentor
and support aspiring school leaders, and she designs innovative teacher and educational
leadership programs for in-service practitioners. With her dedication and contributions, Allison
continues to make a significant impact in education as she embarks on her 5th year at PLU.
