Vincent Pecchia

Vincent Pecchia is an accomplished P–12 educator and administrator whose career spans roles as a primary teacher, school principal, and central office leader. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) from the University of Washington Tacoma, alongside a BA in Education and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Pacific Lutheran University.

Vincent leverages his system-level expertise to mentor aspiring educators and shape compassionate school leaders as a higher education instructor. Dedicated to fostering inclusive, equitable learning environments, he stays active outside the classroom through walking, jogging, Pilates, cooking, and travel.
