Man Le, NP-C

Man Le is a nephrology nurse practitioner and clinical nursing instructor at Pacific Lutheran University’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Nephrology Nurse–Nurse Practitioner. He provides care for patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and end-stage kidney disease at MultiCare. He also provides weekend rounding services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

With experience in medical-surgical nursing, dialysis, and advanced practice, Man is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and empowering future nurses. He serves as a volunteer preceptor for nurse practitioner students from various schools during their nephrology clinical rotations. He values compassionate, patient-centered care and helping students develop the clinical knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed in nursing practice. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
