The College of Health Professions

The College of Health Professions is home to the School of Nursing and Departments of Kinesiology, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Social Work. Program offerings include undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as continuing education opportunities.

The College of Health Professions is a community of faculty, staff, and students who carry out PLU’s mission of inquiry, service, leadership and care through preparation for vocations in health professions.

Third Annual Therapist of Color Conference

Please join us on May 17th for our third annual Therapist of Color Conference at PLU: Restoring Wellness Through Collective Healing. PLU is honored to welcome Natalie Gutierrez, a licensed marriage and family therapist and author of groundbreaking book “The Pain We Carry: Healing from Complex PTSD for People of Color.”

The conference is for all therapists and therapists-in-training. We invite all alumni, current students, and all members of the community to join us for this exciting and groundbreaking conference.
