Randi Small, DNP, FNP-C, ARNP

Dr. Randi Small began her nursing career in acute care and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Her academic and clinical interests include health equity and surgical oncology. She is an alum of Pacific Lutheran University’s School of Nursing, and is committed to making a meaningful difference through patient care, teaching, and lifelong learning. She is honored to share knowledge and experiences with PLU students as they develop their skills and grow in their nursing journey.
