Shenika Williams is a registered nurse with a diverse clinical background in acute and primary care settings. Her passion for mental health has guided her work toward integrative psychiatry, with a particular focus on hormone management, obesity medicine, and the important role nutrition plays on emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. As a proud alum, clinical nursing instructor at Pacific Lutheran University, she is committed to educating, mentoring, and empowering the next generation of nurses to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes in a holistic approach that recognizes the connection between the mind and body and supports each individual’s overall wellness.
