Biography
Dr. Cynthia Hoffman is a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner with a background in critical care, float nursing, and primary care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Washington and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. Her professional interests include evidence-based practice, quality improvement, nursing education, and healthcare advocacy. She remains actively engaged in professional leadership and community outreach and is passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses. She is excited to support Pacific Lutheran University nursing students as they develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
