Biography

Stephen Mitchell has been a registered nurse for nearly twenty years mainly working with acute mental health populations. His work as a nurse has been focused around embracing trauma informed care and reducing the stigma for patients seeking mental health and substance use treatment. Currently Stephen is practicing as a nurse within the Swedish Health System as well as at Lakeside Milam Recovery Center.
