Biography

Dr. Breier is a registered nurse with a background in high-acuity oncology, community health, and public health leadership. With a DNP specializing in population health and systems leadership, Dr. Breier is passionate about developing sustainable health systems and programs that improve community and population health outcomes. They also have experience in public policy and professional advocacy with recent tenures as the local unit chair for PHSKC nursing staff and as a board member on Washington’s Public Health Advisory Board.
