Flourishing is a key concept in Lutheran higher education, focusing on joy, vocation, and well-being — physical, mental, and spiritual. Inspired by Robin Wall Kimmerer’s “Braiding Sweetgrass,” we believe “all flourishing is mutual,” as individuals thrive together. At PLU, we hope our community members not only flourish individually but also inspire others to do the same. In this issue of Resolute, we highlight new graduates, alumni, faculty and staff who lead collective journeys toward meaningful, vibrant, and healthy lives.
