WWIN Star Scholarship Accepting Applications

WWIN is accepting applications for new WWIN Star Scholars for the 2020-2021 school year. They select women who exceptionally represent WWIN’s values. Star Scholars are eligible to receive up to $5,000 per year and $20,000 total over the course of their college career. They also have the support of our Resiliency Fund, introduced in 2019 to help cover the cost of financial setbacks that arise and could hinder their ability to continue with school.

Applicants must meet WWIN’s eligibility criteria to be considered, which include being a woman 18 years of age or older, having been a Washington resident for the last 12 months, and being a United States citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee or current DACA recipient.

Prospective applicants should visit the WWIN website for additional information and to submit an application. The application will be open through April 12, 2020 with applications being considered on a first come, first served basis.
