PLU welcomes applications from international students who are coming directly from their upper secondary school AND international students who are transferring from another college (including American community colleges and other four-year institutions).

It is FREE to apply to PLU.

International students who do not meet the English proficiency requirement for admission are encouraged to join the university community through the International Pathway Program (IPP). The IPP is administered by PLU on its campus.
