Biography

Vicki Dickson, MN, RN, is a master’s-prepared nurse educator and academic leader with more than 10 years of nursing education experience and over 15 years of advanced clinical practice. She has held nursing leadership roles at Olympic College, Whatcom Community College, and Pierce College, with extensive experience in curriculum development, accreditation, program evaluation, faculty mentoring, and student success initiatives. Vicki is also an experienced classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation educator with teaching expertise across medical-surgical nursing, mental health, fundamentals, pharmacology, health assessment, leadership, and capstone education. A PLU School of Nursing alumna, she earned her BSN from Pacific Lutheran University and later completed her Master of Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Washington State University. She is a Washington native, loves going to Seattle Sounders games, spending time with her family, and her pug Jojo.
