PLU on Tap this year will feature selections of beer, cider and wine from Lute producers. Appetizers will include cookies from Love by the Slice (owned by alumna Cassandra Williams ’91) and multiple varieties of cheese from Rogue Creamery (owned by alumnus Dave Gremmels ’83).
