We drop in on Kinesiology (also called KINS) major Griffin Montana, who shares what he’s doing in class and what it’s like to be a Kinesiology major at PLU!

Kinesiology at PLU

PLU’s Kinesiology major has 4 concentrations:

  • Exercise Science
  • Health & Fitness Education (with the option of K-12 teacher certification)
  • Health & Fitness Promotion
  • Pre-Physical Therapy

The program also offers a general Kinesiology minor and specialized Exercise & Sport Psychology minor!
