- If you are currently enrolled in the nursing program at Concordia University, please complete the PLU 2020-21 BSN Application for Concordia Nursing Students. Students who complete this application must also have completed Concordia’s prerequisite courses and all other admission requirements.
- If you are a pre-nursing student at Concordia University, or are a part of the Concordia University freshman advantage nursing program, please complete the PLU 2020-21 BSN Application for First-Year Students.
