In order for our staff to fulfill a presentation request, the host organization, or individual requesting the presentation, is requested to do the following:
- Submit a request at least two weeks prior to the proposed presentation
- Reserve a location and provide the technology necessary for the presentation
- Provide 24 hour notice for canceling a presentation
- Share objectives for the presentation at the time of the request to ensure Alumni & Student Connections staff can develop the appropriate material
