LIlia Rubin, Therapist in Training
Lilia Rubin-Tupper (she/her), Therapist in Training:
You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy. Maybe you’re navigating a big change, untangling old patterns, struggling to communicate, or simply looking for a place where you don’t have to hold it all together. Whatever brings you here, my role is to listen closely, take you seriously, and walk with you through the messy, complicated, human parts of life.
I work from a systemic perspective, paying attention not just to you as an individual, but also to the relationships, histories, and contexts that shape your story. I have particular experience supporting survivors of sexual trauma, as well as people moving through grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.
What you can expect from me is presence, care, and respect—with a little humanity and humor along the way. Therapy can be serious work, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. This is your space, and we’ll move at the pace that feels right for you.
