Victoria Jones, Therapist in Training

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in training with a passion for supporting individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges. I hold two bachelor’s degrees in psychology and have a year of experience working with children ages 2–7 with autism and other behavioral disorders. As a member of the queer community, I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for clients of all identities. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and strive to provide a warm environment where clients feel empowered to explore, reflect, and grow.

I take a holistic approach to healing, considering all aspects of life—emotional, relational, and environmental—when supporting clients in making meaningful change. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate care, regardless of background, identity, or circumstances. Grounding in nature is an important part of my personal and professional philosophy, and I often encourage clients to connect with the natural world as part of their therapeutic journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of creative outlets and artistic expression, which inform my approach to therapy and help me foster a flexible, imaginative, and supportive environment. My goal is to help those I work with feel seen, heard, and fully supported as they navigate life’s challenges and growth opportunities.
