Pacific Lutheran University is a unique source of talent with 44 different majors and 54 minors, as well as graduate and professional programs. We offer the following recruitment services and resources:

Connect at a career fair.

Gain visibility and get to know PLU students at one of our career fairs (link to upcoming events page). Career Connections partners with academic divisions to host discipline-focused career fairs throughout the academic year. These fairs more closely align employers with students who meet their recruiting needs. That said, ALL students are welcome to all career fairs.

Post a job or internship.

The Career Connections Opportunities Board, our online job and internship board, allows employers to post positions for PLU students and alumni for free. Click here for instructions for creating an account and posting positions.

Create an Internship

Career Connections will work with you to develop an internship that benefits both students and your organization.

Hold Interviews On-Campus

Interviewing on-campus is an efficient and productive way to meet with students and alumni.

Schedule an Information Session

Career Connections will arrange an information session to showcase your organization and speak with students about open positions and your application process.

Table in the University Center

We can reserve table space for you to share company information and talk with students inside the University Center. We offer tabling every Wednesday from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, and may accommodate hours outside of the regular schedule.

Speak to a Student Club or Classroom

Student clubs and classrooms provide a captive audience to promote your organization and the opportunities available to students.

CareerTREKS

Career Connections will arrange an employer site visit. We will work with you to create a program that highlights your organization and will recruit students for participation based on your recruiting needs.

PLU Mission Statement

PLU seeks to educate students for lives of thoughtful inquiry, service, leadership and care—for other people, for their communities and for the Earth.
