The Information & Technology Services Help Desk offers assistance with campus technology needs including computers, campus phones and network connections. Requests for assistance can be made by phone, email or submitting an online request. If the request cannot be quickly resolved, Help Desk staff members will submit an electronic trouble-ticket. A ticket number will be provided to the caller and the request will be submitted to a specialist for resolution.
