Pacific Lutheran University does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability, marital status, sexual orientation, honorably discharged veteran or military status, citizenship or immigration status, the use of a trained service animal by a person with a disability, and status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking, genetic information, familial status, ancestry, pregnancy outcomes or any other status or characteristic protected by law in the educational programs or activities which it operates.
