Posting Flyers in the Residence Halls

Any posters or advertisements intended for a residence hall or halls must be coordinated with the Community Director of
the building in conjunction with Student Engagement. All above stipulations still apply. Posting through impact will include
placement on the Impact Boards in the residence halls. Non-Impact posting desired in all residence halls should be
submitted to the Residential Operations Assistant for group approval. Please allow up to a week for approval which
typically occurs during Tuesday staff meetings.
